Service Description
Our Ultimate Showreel Service is designed to provide actors with 3 scenes and an edited showreel. Here's a breakdown of what our service includes: Service Details: RRP: $2995 for a three-scene showreel edit, PLUS all of your showreels scenes as seperate edited videos. Walk away with 4 final products. Filming Schedule: All scenes will be filmed on the same day, ensuring efficiency and convenience for you. However, if necessary, we can accommodate shooting across multiple days for an additional fee of $500 Customization: We will jump on a 30-minute zoom call to fine tune what you need as an actor. Our team will tailor the scenes to your specific needs and preferences, ensuring they showcase your strengths as an actor. We write a variety of scripts, based on your needs and wishes, for you to choose from. Scene Partners: We will source 3 scene partners for you, ensuring a seamless and engaging performance. Location Fees: All location fees are included in the package. Catering: Food and beverages are provided for you on the shoot day. Editing: Our editors will handle the editing of the scenes and final showreel edit. Turnaround Time: You can expect your final edited showreel within 5 business days from the shoot date. Please note: hair and make up is not included
Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction This Policy applies to all bookings of Ultimate and Complete Showreel Packages with Double Shot Creative Studios (DSCS). By booking, you agree to these terms, ensuring a smooth production. 2. Payment Full payment is due at booking and must clear before filming. Unpaid balances may cause cancellation. Additional shooting days cost $500 each. No filming occurs until payment is received in full by DSCS. Invoices must be settled in a timely manner to avoid delays. 3. Deliverables Only edited materials, as specified in your package, will be provided. Raw footage is never released. DSCS retains ownership of raw content. Final edits may be used by the Client for personal or promotional purposes. DSCS reserves the right to showcase select clips for studio marketing unless otherwise stated. 4. Hair, Makeup, and Wardrobe You are responsible for your own hair, makeup, and wardrobe, unless agreed otherwise during the 30-minute strategy session. Any special styling fees must be finalized in advance. DSCS is not liable for wardrobe choices or malfunctions. 5. Cancellations and Rescheduling We do not offer refunds. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your shoot, your payment becomes a credit valid for six months. Cancellations under 48 hours not due to verifiable emergency or illness lead to forfeiture of the entire fee. Credits are subject to DSCS availability and cannot be extended beyond the six-month window. Rescheduled sessions may require new logistical arrangements. 6. Client Conduct and Session Logistics Arrive on time to maintain your allocated shoot schedule. Late arrivals may reduce filming time or incur extra fees. Clients must secure any location permits. While creative input is encouraged, DSCS has final say on production methods and edits. Additional requests may affect the overall budget. 7. Liability and Indemnification DSCS is not liable for personal injury or property damage unless caused by gross negligence. You agree to indemnify DSCS from any claims arising from your session. DSCS is not responsible for uncontrollable technical failures. 8. Confidentiality and Privacy We respect your privacy. Any personal or proprietary information is used only for producing your showreel. DSCS will not share scripts, footage, or related materials without your explicit authorization. 9. Agreement and Updates This Policy, along with any signed contract or invoice, constitutes the full between you and DSCS.
