We use your information to respond to enquiries, assess proposed work, communicate about productions, prepare quotations and agreements, provide services and maintain business records. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Service providers and storage

Our website is hosted on Netlify. Website project enquiries are stored using Supabase, and enquiry notifications are sent through Resend to our business email inbox. These providers process information on our behalf to support the website and enquiries. Depending on their infrastructure and service configuration, information may be processed or stored outside Australia.

We limit access to people who need information for legitimate business purposes. No internet-based service can be guaranteed completely secure.

Disclosure and retention

We may share information with service providers assisting with our operations, professional advisers where necessary, or other parties when required or authorised by law. We do not sell personal information collected through our enquiry form.

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to handle enquiries, manage our business relationship and meet applicable record-keeping or legal obligations.
